Instagram Guidelines

Export Configurations

Same as for YouTube. The only difference is resolution:

  • Resolution - 720 x 1280

Subtitles Guidelines

  • Subtitles can be up to 3 lines.

  • We use font sizes 42-43.

  • We should always hide English subtitles if STEMs are not available. In such a case, we use a non-transparent background to hide English subtitles.

  • If there are no English subtitles we don’t use any background.

  • When choosing the colour for the background you can select the colour of Sadhguru’s clothes or another colour that dominates the picture.

  • It is best if you change the background colour every time there is a change of scene. If you have time 🙂.
